Composed of four turned wooden parts, including a narrow cylindrical shaft with carved diamond finial, inserted through a drip pan with quarter-round molded edge and mounted on solid dome base, all painted dark green; blue-painted adjustable crossbar with two socketed oval ends, 17cm in diameter, 38cm high (7 1/2in in diameter, 15 1/8in high).
