Pair of George VI Sterling Silver Candlesticks
hallmarked Birmingham 1937-1938, Hawksworth, Eyre & Co., each with a tapering standard of cavetto square section, above a steeply cavetto-domed square plinth base and surmounted by a bell-form candle nozzle with fluted calyx and detachable circular bobeche, the whole decorated with fine beaded banding.

Condition
**A few nicks, dings and scuffs, particularly on the basal edges, but otherwise in quite good condition with no dents, splits, breaks or repairs. Some wear to the beading. Each piece fully hallmarked on the basal edge, and part-marked on the underside and bobeche sleeve.
