Description
Chinese Ming Dynasty Oxblood Porcelain Bottle Form Vase, 16th c., presented in a cloth covered figured box, H.- 7 1/2 in., Dia.- 4 1/4 in.
Condition
The bottom is slightly worn with craquelure at the bottom, top, and interior of the stem. There are a few scattered “pinhole” firing flaws. There is one small chip to the interior of the bottom rim. The black light revealed no hidden damage or repairs. This is a handsome example.
