Important documentation rescued from the Creek Chub factory basement in 1979. Three ledgers, the smallest measures 12 1/2” x 7 1/2”, with lure production numbers by the day from 1940 to 1942, financial records from 1935 to 1942, and what is believed to be the earliest of the recovered ledgers (very rough, but most pages are legible), recording purchases made from 1923 to 1926. As expected, all have decades of wear, separations, loss and are very dirty.
