Elvis Presley "Last Cadillac" W/Historical Documents & Letter from Priscilla Presley - Elvis Presley had a love of cars, especially Cadillacs and he was widely known throughout his career for gifting Cadillacs to important people in his life. On January 14, 1976, the "King of Rock and Roll” purchased a green Cadillac from Jack Kent Cadillac in Denver, Colorado. The green Cadillac was purchased after his desired white Cadillac was not available. Presley gave the Cadillac to Shirley Dieu, the girlfriend of his road manager Joe Esposito. Later the dealership called Joe and Shirley and asked if they would like a baby blue 1977 Cadillac Eldorado as they still didn’t have a white one available. Elvis was asked by Joe as to what he would like to do, and Presley agreed to exchange the vehicles. The dealership brought the new baby blue one to Joe and Shirley in California and took the green one back. Elvis Presley paid the difference in price. Elvis Presley was in the baby blue Cadillac several times during the final months of his life. The Cadillac comes with a letter of authenticity from Joe Esposito that lays out all the details of the car. Also included with the Cadillac is a copy of the registration showing the car's VIN#, Graceland’s address for registration and the sales date of April 26, 1977 – making it the last Cadillac Elvis Presley ever purchased.
