Wilkie's residence encompasses the entire top floor and roof terrace of 1500 Lake Shore Drive and was built by the famed architect Rosario Candela. Michael L. Wilke played a crucial role for 60 years in the internationally known "DoAll" company, which is the parent company of over 70 companies worldwide. Michael's father Leighton A. Wilkie was the founder of DoAll prominently known for originating the metal-cutting band saw.
