A partially gilt Russian silver pedestal beaker, Moscow, Michail Maximow Kluchin, 1738Partially gilt silver. Circular, domed base. Nearly cylindrical body with everted lip. Three oval cartouches: one with a tall sunflower and the inscription "SOLUS COR MEUM COMMOVET ET APERIT", one with a palm tree and the inscription "QUOTIDIE MAJO", and one with two arms holding a sword and a laurel wreath, respectively, and the inscription "IN MANU BELLI FINIS". The cartouches framed by embossed fruit garlands. The bottom stamped with city mark, year mark "1738 CB" and master mark "MK". Base slightly deformed. Height 8.3 cm, diameter 7.5 cm, weight 124.43 g.Condition: II
