Description:
16 pp. 17.5x12 cm (6¾x4¾"), original glossy paper pictorial wrappers. First Edition.
Anti-American satirical exposé written in the form of monologue, revealing the supposed thoughts, ramblings and plans of an American businessman. He is portrayed as a cruel capitalist, obsessed with profiting from Mexico. He mentions the various Indian tribes of the country and how to take advantage of them. The front wrapper pictures a caricature of Woodrow Wilson, in top hat and tails, pointing at a wall map of Mexico, perhaps planning one of his little invasions. OCLC lists only two copies, at Biblioteca Nacional Mexico and the University of Texas at Austin.
Condition
Wrappers with a bit of soiling and edge wear, tanning to contents; about very good.
