Rare brochure extolling the delights of Mt. Diablo and the surrounding area. OCLC locates two copies of a 1922 issue (at U.C. Davis & U.C. Berkeley), but not this from 1915, so dated from "Copyright 1915 by Worthington Gates" in the lower right corner of the bird's-eye view. The view itself is by C. Merriman Peter, credited in lower left - he is perhaps better known for his bird's-eye view map of San Francisco, 1914.
