Description
An Engraving depicting Bonnie Prince Charlie returning to Edinburgh after the Prestonpans Victory in a fine gilt gesso frame that uses a variety of military motifs. The frame labeled for Thomas W. Hampton of Aberdeen.
Dimensions:Sight is 24" x 35". the frame, 34" x 45", the extreme height is 38".

Condition
Some water stains to the print, scattered gesso losses to the frame, the frame appears to retain the original gilding.
