Walker, J. C. (1892 - 1969):
Walker was the sports cartoonist for the Western Mail from the late 1920s until war broke out in September 1939 when he started to draw political cartoons for the paper as well as for the News of the World. After the war, he also drew political cartoons for the South Wales Echo well into the 1960s.
