Description

This is an extremely rare Boston and Northern Street Railway motorman’s cap, complete with the hat badge and two “MOTORMAN” buttons. The railroad was formed from another railway in 1901, and ran until 1919 when it was absorbed by another. The caining and leather inside is in nice shape for its age. Unable to read the manufacturer’s hallmark.
