With German made blued and parcel-gilt steel blade; sold together with three unrelated hand-carved walking sticks of Central or South American origin. (4).

L: 36 1/8 in. (sword cane)(L: 91.76 cm.)

Estate of Jud Samon, retired coordinator of International Faculty and Student Services at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Sword with wear and abrasions to bladed; wear, minor damage and abrasions to wooden handle and scabbard. The other three with wear commensurate with age and use including cracking and abrasions. Length of blade of sword cane: 12 7/8 in. (32.7 cm.)
