New York, circa 1955-1961 "Civil Rights in New York State: How New York State Guarantees Equality of Opportunity." Issued with introductions by Governor Nelson Rockefeller and New York Attorney General Louis Lefkowitz. Senator Jacob Javits had the entire text read into the Congressional Record on 14 September 1961. Only 2 copies traced in OCLC. [New York, 1961].
