Philadelphia Art Alliance, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, February 1951.

Both sheets have been trimmed unevenly and are lightly stained with time fading. Please note this is only evident verso and is generally unobtrusive to the image area. Slight undulation to the papers. Sheet #1 is pencil inscribed 'NY 12284' verso, has a small area of black watercolor near righthand edge verso, and is affixed to back of mount by a single long piece of brown tape to top edge verso. Sheet #2 is also pencil inscribed 'NY 12284' verso, has a larger area of gray watercolor near bottom left corner verso, and is affixed to back of mount by a piece of brown tape to left edge and bottom edge verso. The work is also inscribed on the backboard "Buchholz Gallery" (where the artist had shows in 1948 and 1950).
