Description
An 18th century Irish silver table spoon, with Celtic point terminal with engraved crest, Dublin hallmarks bottom struck to reverse, date letter squashed, with maker's mark J.S, possibly John Shiels (or Sheils), length 9.5" (24cm), and an Irish silver dessert spoon in Hanoverian pattern, bird crest to reverse of terminal, Dublin hallmarks bottom struck and squashed, no visible date letter, with maker's mark I.C. Together with a further 18th century Hanoverian spoon with London hallmarks, mostly illegible. Weight 4.43 ozt (137.8 grams). (3).
