Her figurative work is influenced by Cycladic fertility figures, early Byzantine, iconic paintings, and folk art, among other inspirations. Grebe's work has been shown in Europe and the United States and is represented in many international museum collections, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, Ohio; the Detroit Institute of Arts, Michigan; the Corning Museum of Glass, New York; and the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, Japan.
