Description
Continental/British, 18th/19th century, of varying size and form, all with hinged pewter lids, comprising: two tin glazed examples, one with blue and white checkered ground and coat of arms with rampant lions, one monochrome example, largest 9-1/2 x 7 x 5 in.; one salt glazed example with horse decoration, 8 x 5-3/4 x 3-3/4 in.; one dark colored stone(?) example, 6-1/2 x 6-1/2 in.one salt glazed example with horse decoration, 8 x 5-3/4 x 3-3/4 in.

Condition
surface dirt and accretion, pewter elements with some minor dents, warping, and tarnish; tin glazed examples with glaze crazing; turquoise example with repaired handle, break and loss at joint of hinge to collar
