1979 European Mego Micronauts Hyperion, Box C8 with light wear including corner and edge wear, Toy C9+ appearing to have only been opened for inspection by Andy after purchasing new, includes factory sealed accessories, unused sticker sheet, instructions, and advertising booklet. There is no question that the Hyperion is one of if not the rarest and most sought after vehicle of the Micronauts toy line. Released at the end of the line is was mostly available in Europe, and was one of only two Micronauts vehicles not based on an original Microman design. The Hyperion was originated from the Timanic Nicmachine 2. For a toy barely seen by collectors, this could be one of the only opportunities to have a truly unused example, please refer to photographs.

From the collection of Andy Yanchus, Brooklyn, New York, Project Manager for Aurora Plastics (1965-1975) and staff colorist for Marvel Comics (1975-1992). An exceptional gentleman who curated a magnificent collection of fine and rare models, toys, and comic books over his lifetime. Truly one of the most comprehensive collections to come to auction to date.
