Frame rubbing; tiny spot of inpainting at center left in the sky; unable to detect further restoration through the varnish under UV light; scattered light craquelure in the lower third of the painting; spots of ground showing through along the bottom and up into the buildings (this does not appear to be loss); panel supported by two slats on the reverse.
