Arabic manuscript unpublished on paper, more than 20ff., 25ll, written in black, titles and some words picked out in red, some phrases underlined in red, including numerous tables and diagrams, notes.Part 1)Manuscript referenced by Ibn Al-Nadim author of Kitab-al-Fihrist. ¨This manuscript is listed in his main work published in 988 in the book Kitab-al-Fihrist.No line of the original manuscript has ever been published or found except for the title and author. Al-Nadim referred to in his main work Kitab-al-Fihrist. As written in red ink on line 2-3 El soura el oula (first copy).This is the only known copy in the world Ibn al-Nadim Born in Bagdad (d. 17 September 995 or 998 CE).He was a librarian, bibliographer, historian, writer.Dated 905 H ( 1501).Part 2 ) The copyist who has found the original manuscript and copies the original manuscript writes:  That parts of the original manuscript were found in the works of Omar Khyam \"FÄ« ikhtiyÄl maË’rifa miqdÄray al-dhahab wa\'l-fid.da fÄ«jism murakkab minhumÄ\" commissioned by Malik Shah I, as well as the works of Abu Bakr Mohammad Ibn Zakariya al-Razi (Rhazes), Al-Biruni without ever mentioning the name of the author of the original manuscript.
