Very small holes along one fold. Dog ear upper right. Nicks on edges. Good Condition. Although we could find little information on the I X L (there were many to choose from), James G. Rule was an important mining man. He once sued James Fair for nearly $100,000 in 1885 [x=#241/] a sum of millions today. He also played a minor part in the great Sierra Nevada Mining Scam of 1878.
