comprising three pieces by Gorham Mfg. Co. of Providence, RI of a cut-glass plate with reticulated sterling rim having 1898 date mark and an "Old French" baby fork and spoon set, a set of nine "Courtship" iced tea spoons by International Silver Co. of Meriden, CT, a "Southern Rose" butter pick by Manchester Silver Co. of Providence, RI, a 6 7/8" L "Ball Top / Ball Twist" spoon by A.F. Towle & Son Co. of Newburyport and Greenfield, MA, a "Debussy" butter spreader by Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport, MA with hollow handle and stainless blade, and two ovoid napkin rings with personalized engravings featuring the larger by Webster Co. of North Attleboro, MA and the smaller by Alvin Silver Co. Each with "STERLING" and maker's marks. Total weight excluding plate and butter spreader: 12.455 ozt. Late 19th/20th century. Plate 7" DOA.
Condition
Very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including slight bending, nicks, possibly one or a few minor dents, and worn spots to decoration; plate with some pattern flakes and nicks to glass.
