Signed on the lower left, however signature is difficult to decipher. Watercolor is set in a custom double matte and gold tone frame under glass and has not been examined outside the frame. This said, the artwork appears to be in excellent condition as is the frame save a few minute scuffs/nicks that are difficult to see. Wired for suspension and ready to display.
