A bronze sculpture after the Marly Horses by Guillaume Coustou (French, 1677-1746). A figural equestrian work with rearing horse and groom. The original was commissioned for King Louis XV, circa 1743-1745. No apparent signature.
Dimensions: 30 X 10 X 25 in.
Condition: Good overall condition with normal surface wear, with losses to bridles. Estate fresh to the market.
