Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Douqing Porcelain Small Water Pot. Potted in water pot, pumpkin shaped body, deep curvature, short neck upward to form the small flaring opening rim, raised on four point foot base. All reserved in douqing design color, pale green celadon under glazed ground, the green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human pale white skin. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, amazing crackling effect throughout the under glaze which produces fantastic a smooth textured surface.The Under Base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
