Chinese Ming Dynasty WanLi Wucai Dragon Porcelain Pot. Potted with a vessel shape, globular belly, heavy on shoulder, short neck, round close mouth lip and raised on flat wide round foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against wucai design color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
