The lot includes a copy of Elvis' 13-page will which was signed by him a few months before his death on March 3rd, 1977. The will was witnessed by then fiance Ginger Alden and friends Charlie Hodge and Ann Smith. The will was admitted to probate and ordered recorded on August 25, 1977 and represents one of the largest estates ever probated in the state of Tennessee. The lot also comes with a copy of the Report of Investigation by County Medical Examiner, which interestingly was signed two months after Elvis' death in October, 1977. The lot will also include various newspaper articles relating to Elvis' untimely passing.
