A pair of fossil bird leg bones, showing dark staining from the surrounding material they were buried in, and clear hollow structure inside. 3.34 grams, 10 cm (4 in.). From Peace River, Florida, USA. Private Shropshire collection. The Peace River area yields some of the best fossils in Florida, USA, including teeth of the giant megalodon shark. The rarest of fossils from this area are the bird bones, particularly leg and wing bones. [No Reserve]
