Description
18th century A.D. and earlier. A mixed group of complete and incomplete artefacts comprising: a seal ring; seal with hound on die and fist finial; nut crackers; fob seal with red glass intaglio bearing an anchor; coin weight; two Bronze Age axehead fragments; a Saxon zoomorphic brooch element; a post medieval flask cover displaying a hunting hound carrying game; an unidentified zoomorphic object, and other items. 348 grams total, 2.1-15 cm (7/8 - 5 7/8 in.). Found Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, UK, by Ken Burrell whilst searching with a metal detector, since 2010. Accompanied by multiple corresponding British Museum's Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) record numbers. [12, No Reserve]
