The first important general treatise on clocks and watches published in Spain. The first edition was issued in 1789, part of the efforts by Charles III to introduce a native horological production to Spain. It describes how to make all sorts of watches and timepieces.
Condition
Three (of four) of the leather ties torn off; hinge cracking before title page and before the final plate; very good.
