Blue and white transferware, mostly 19th C., Staffordshire and Chinese export, nine pieces, including: bowl on foot with English countryside decoration, crack to rim, 7" diam.; small oval liner with English landscape, stamped, "Gubbins Hertfordshire" verso, small chips, 8" l.; plate with star geometric pattern, stamped verso with lion holding flag "Tuscan stone ware", 6 3/4" diam.; dinner plate with scalloped rim, stamped "India Temple/ Stone china/ J. W. R." verso, chips to rim, 10 1/4" diam.; two oblong platters with Blue Willow pattern, smaller with rounded corners is unmarked, larger with cut corners stamped verso "Imported Stone China", chips to edges, larger: 8 1/8" l.; creamer with Blue Willow pattern, unmarked, 3 3/4" h.; and two bowls with geometric decoration, unmarked, roughness, one with chipped foot, 6" diam., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use and most with minor damages, all sold as found.
