Description
A Chinese sancai glazed bowl with figure, dating from the Kangxi period (1661-1722). Small sturdy recessed base widening straight outwards in conical fashion to a wide diameter. Flower design at circular bottom with a band of green glaze design inside rim, with multiple figures in green glaze decorating the outside, each in a scholarly pursuit.
