Spectacular pair Jacob Petit 1840-1850 old Paris figural urns. Beautiful colors. Spectacular quality & detail. Marked on bottom J P as shown in photos. Petit worked at porcelain factory at Sevres as a painter. Petit purchased a porcelain factory in Fontainebleau in 1830. Finally settling in Paris in 1863. This pair is one of the finest examples made by Petit. 20 ¼ inches tall.
