Litzenberg, Allen Schauber, Bill Schauber, Harry V. Shourds. The 4 additional printed signatures includes James A Currier, Robert F McGaw Jr, Paul Gibson, and R. Madison Mitchell. 15th Annual Havre de Grace Decoy Festival of 1996, Havre de Grace Decoy Museum, Maryland. Numbered 750/1100. Includes 3 cent US postage Annapolis Tercentenary stamp and 29 USA wood duck stamp. The back of the frame is signed "Havre De Grace Decoy Festival 5/2/2009 with signature Paul W Schertz (this indicates the last reframe date). This art piece is in excellent condition and professionally sealed in frame. A hard piece to find. This is a must have item for any waterfowl / wildfowl decoy collectors!
