S.A. Dagger by S.A. Wusthof, Solingen. A good example from this desirable maker, with a near-perfect wood grip with expertly set S.A. button and eagle, untouched and undoubtedly original to the piece. Nickle-silver pommel nut, top guard and cross guard are in very good condition as well. The blade is lightly scuffed where an ignorant vandal attempted to slightly sharpen the blade, but these surface marks could be easily buffed out. There is no significant oxidation and the 'Alles fur Deutschland' motto is very bold and dark. The dagger is complete with anodized scabbard, its finish a bit mottled and aged but the scabbard otherwise undamaged.
