Eisenhower addressing Strobel and other members of the 101st shortly before they boarded transports for their jumps over occupied Normandy. S.P., 10 x 8 in. b/w, a copy of the photograph in question, shows Ike speaking directly to Strobel and a soldier beside him, signed by Strobel adding rank as first lieutenant, 502nd PIR, 101st A/B. Fine.
