A miniature figural mountain lake landscape painted in a Tonalist style, with a plenitude of human figures during a flood. Featuring trees, architectural elements, horses, and other forms submerged in water, with a mountainous background. No apparent signature. Presented in a decorative gilt frame.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal to moderate surface wear, small loss to upper left corner. Frame having moderate to heavy surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
