The item up for sale is a "short lock" of George Harrison’'s hair, consisting of a few strands which have been displayed over a scan of the original lock, thus, making it a substantial display. It is contained in a custom silver leaf frame with dimensions: 22 ¼" x 19”, matted with a photo of Lennon, along with an excellent Facsimile signature and a presentation plate inscribed with the following, "GEORGE HARRISON (1943 -§ 2001) THE BEATLES (Performing 1963 -§ 1970) George Harrison, one of the "FAB FOUR," popular Beatles guitarist, singer, songwriter, record producer, and film producer. This magnificent item is guaranteed authentic and documentation will be provided to the highest bidder. This lock comes directly from the noted Bob White collection. The lock was originally cut in New York in 1971
