Machine-woven Axminster wool tapestry based on Matisse's 1949 design, featuring Matisse's signature cut-outs in vibrant colors, possibly inspired by the Festival of Flowers in Nice. Fraying to edge binding, stabilization recommended. Muslin tunnel for stabilizing rod blanket-stitched to upper edge of reverse.
