Ca. 200-300 AD A gold ring with a plain band expanding towards an oval bezel inset with carved carnelian intaglio depicting a walking lion on a baseline. The item has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
