Bench, Windsor, Pennsylvania, early 19th c., early paint and decoration, shaped crest rail over horizontal splat joined to seat by twelve turned spindles and three larger stiles, down swept and curved armrests, eight ring-turned legs joined by step-down stretchers, overall deep brown painted finish with polychrome floral decorated crest, gold faux stringing overall and freehand scroll work on seat as well as a wide green band and a green panel on the legs, wear consistent with age and use, some paint may be retouched, etc., 34" h. x 70 ½" w. x 21" d.
