The brooch has some breakages to the thread, some pearls have been subtly glued, some pearls are missing, the diamonds are bright and lively. There have been some breakages and repair as typical with pieces of this calibre, but not very obvious. There is a small section of mother of pearl missing from the edge of the trumpet near the stalk.
