尊佛黃銅澆鑄，局部嵌銀、紅銅而成，頭戴五葉寶冠，花冠間以連珠線條連接，高聳寬扁髮髻，餘髮披肩。面相端莊，寬額豐頤，雙眉高挑，眉間白毫，目中嵌銀，雙眼略向下視，唇微張帶笑意，呈現慈悲法相。耳飾圓璫，頸施三道弦紋，袒上胸，周身裝飾繁縟，胸前配飾銀項圈及瓔珞，臂飾釧鐲，並以綠松石、紅寶石鑲嵌，體現出拉達克藝術成熟的裝飾特徵。左手置於臍前結禪定印，右手施無畏印，表救度有情眾生與成就佛法功德。下身薄裙貼體，裙襬邊緣鏨刻連珠紋，裙褶鋪成扇形，全跏趺坐於仰覆蓮台，蓮花從座兩邊挺立而出至肩上，座上緣二周連珠紋，蓮瓣上下對稱排列，瓣尖上翹，立體飽滿。今北京首都博物館庋藏元〈不空成就佛坐像〉，造形與風格可為本品相似之例證，然本尊像於寶冠緣、項圈及裙褶以銀、紅銅、綠松石及紅寶石鑲嵌裝飾，為藏民族審美特有喜好之造像，精美細膩，實為箇中珍品。
不空成就佛（梵文Amogha-siddhi），為五方如來之一，為北方蓮花世界之佛，又稱天鼓雷音佛、天鼓音佛、雷音王佛。《佛名釋典傳略》記載，不空成就佛代表毗盧遮那佛之「成所作智」，屈臂上舉於胸前，手指自然舒展，手掌向外，可降伏惡龍、毒蛇；象徵能以大智慧成就一切如來事業與眾生之事業。本品工藝精湛，體態勻稱、圓渾有力，於華貴法相中流露祥和之氣，為十三至十四世紀西藏拉達克地區典型的造像佳作。
