Of rounded circular form upon a domed circular foot, two wishbone for upward scroll handles with moulded junctions. The front set with a glazed triangular compartment containing a Cape of Good Hope Four Pence postage stamp. Engraved with a presentation inscription reading â€œ11th Philatelic Congress of Great Britain, Glasgow 1924 awarded to George Milne in recognition of the philatelic paper of the greatest merit read at this congress.” Fully marked to the side.
