A mixed group of mid- 20th century Persian (Iranian) silver, Isfahan circa 1970 mark of Rabi’i
Pahlavi dynasty. Comprising a pair of ashtrays, a dressing table jar, a clothes brush, a hair brush, a comb section, six spoons and a Tabriz pair of sugar tongs. The Isfahan piece with chased monabbat-kari and engraved ghalam zani decoration of arabesques, peonies and vignettes. The ashtrays and spoons marked underneath with standard mark (84) workshop mark ربیعی and retailers mark Pirayesh (PH in cypher). The pot with workshop mark, town mark and standard mark (۸۴). The brushes and sugar tongs unmarked. (14)
