A mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver small samovar set on stand, Isfahan circa 1950 mark of Abbas Parvaresh retailed by Jahrami Pahlavi dynasty. Comprising a hot water urn, teapot, drip bowl and stand. The stand of shaped rectangular form with incurved sides, decorated with chased monabbat-kari decoration of birds with foliage gol o bolbol reserved within arabesques, edged rosette borders. The hot water urn of compressed circular form upon a square base with pierced holes all raised on four ball feet, with twin handles and a spout, the handles and spigot with wooden insulators. The body chased with gol o bolbol decoration, beaded rims to the upper section and teapot stand. The removable teapot similarly formed and decorated, the pull off lid with a ball finial. The drip bowl of inverted double bombe form with a beaded edge. Marked underneath, stand, urn bowl, teapot, workshop mark Parvaresh پرورش and signature عباس with standard mark (۸۴) to the stand and urn, the teapot and urn also with Isfahan, the teapot with retailer’s mark of جهرمی Height – 24.2 cm / 9.5 inches Weight – 988 grams / 31.76 ozt
