Nine (9) English and American sterling silver and silverplated items. 1st item: Martin Hall & Co. Ltd. sterling oval tea caddy with hinged lid having a tazza-shapped finial and two ring handles. Body stamped with maker's mark and hallmarks for Sterling, Birmingham, and 1920 with 15598 stamped to underside. Lid stamped with hallmarks for Sterling and 1920. 2 1/2" H x 3 5/8" W x 2 3/8" D. 2nd-4th items: Three (3) sterling salt cellars, including one (1) Frank M. Whiting George III-style with gadrooned rim and three hoof feet with ram's head knees, stamped with maker's mark, Sterling, "Reproduction", pattern name, and 836 to underside; and two (2) English with gadrooned rims and three tiered feet, stamped with illegible maker's mark, hallmark for London, and illegible hallmarks to underside. Ranging in size from 1 3/8" H x 2 7/8" dia. to 1 1/2" H x 2 5/8" dia. All 20th century. 5th item: Israel Freeman & Sons silverplated tea caddy, sarcophagus form with bead course edges, hinged lid with mushroom finial, and two lion's head ring handles on bun feet. Stamped with maker's mark and "Made in England" to underside. 5 1/2" H x 5 3/4" W x 3 7/8" D. 20th century. Combined sterling silver weight: 8.125 total troy ounces. 6th-9th items: Four (4) English George III sterling silver serving utensils, including one (1) George III large soup ladle with chased fleur-de-lis and dragon's head to handle, stamped with maker's mark and hallmarks for Sterling, London, 1796, and Thomas Oliphant (also spelled Ollivant), 14 1/4" L; one (1) George III stuffing spoon with chased knight's leg and monogrammed "L" to handle, stamped with maker's mark and hallmarks for Sterling, London, 1801, and Solomon Houghman, 12" L; and two (2) toddy ladles with baleen twist handle and George III coin inset to bowl, unmarked but test sterling, 13" and 14 1/2" L. Combined weight: 9.755 total weighable troy ounces. 17.88 total troy ounces for the lot.

All items in overall good condition with scattered minor surface scratches.Silverplated tea caddy with slight pitting to interior. Toddy ladles with minor denting to bowls. One toddy ladle with losses to baleen handle, largest area measuring 1/2" L.
