The shikishiban woodblock print depicting a monkey perched on a gnarled branch, with a sincere facial expression, looking in the distance. Framed in a worn vintage frame, behind glass.
SIZE 24.6 x 23.5 cm (image) and 25.2 x 24.2 cm (incl. frame)
Condition: Good condition, browning and minor tears to the edges.
Provenance: East German private collection, mostly assembled in the 1970s and 1980s.
