Description
A Chinese flambe square vase with two beast head handles dating from the 18th century.
Dimensions are: 6 inches tall X 4 1/4 inches long X 3 1/4 inches wide, 15.2 cm X 10.8 cm X 8.3 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Provenance: From Mr. Hunter in upstate New York. This piece is a family heirloom. Lots 54 to 58 are from the same collection.
Condition: There is extensive chipping to the rim, as well as two chips to the foot.
